The menu includes:

Salad - Medley of Dill Cucumber, Tomato and Onion and Pickled Beets (GF) 
Salad - Shredded Carrot, Sunflower Sprouts, Sauerkraut, Creamy Dressing (GF)

Main - Seitan Schnitzel with Gravy, Spaetzle, Fried Red Cabbage
Main - Tempeh in Mushroom Cream Sauce with Sweet Carrots and Pairing of Northern and Southern German Potato Salad (GF)

Dessert- Black Forest Trifle (GF)
Dessert - Warm Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream

As the clever name suggests—or maybe doesn't suggest—we'll be doing a vegan food flights theme at our first pop up event at Lost Valley Cider Company. We happen to love cider, and think it'll pair fabulously with several of our favorite vegan dishes. 

We'll have plenty of gluten free options and many small bites to try with amazing cider.
